Easy to make:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- coconut oil
- Greek Yogurt
Steam 1 head of cauliflower till tender approx 10 min.
While steaming cauliflower saute 2 cloves of garlic in 1 tablespoon coconut oil till slightly browned.
Add cauliflower, browned garlic, 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt, and 1 splash of milk to blender or food processor.
Blend till you get mashed potato consistency. Garnish with green onions.
