According to the Dr. Simeons HCG Diet Protocol you can sub one fruit for a light yogurt so I came up with my own concoction to control the ingredients myself and this is a really nice treat to have when you feel the need for something sweet and creamy.
Add to blender
1/2 C Fat free plain yogurt
1/2 C or more Frozen blackberries
sweetener of your choice preferably Stevia
Blend and serve
